"The Pianist"... Based on a true story

Hi friends, I am sure you would have some idea regarding the world war 2 and especially the sufferings of the Jews in Poland in the the hands of the Germans. This is a film based on a Polish Pianist Wladyslaw Szpilman and it explains how he suffers and runs to save his life from the Germans. Truly this is a masterpiece and the director Roman Polanski won an Oscar for this film for the best direction.Adrien Brody who played the role of Wladyslaw Szpilman won an Oscar for Best Actor and the film also won another Oscar for best Adapted Screenplay by Ronald Harwood.
